Are my kids invited?

Answer

We love each and every one of your kids and truly wish that we could have every one of them join us! Unfortunately we have already reached maximum venue occupancy and cannot accommodate additional guests. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Will there be a formal invitation? How do I RSVP?

Answer

You will receive a mailed invitation 3 months prior to the wedding with a QR code or link to our website. You will RSVP via our website at that time and select your dinner option at that time. Please RSVP no later than June 30th.

We will miss you but we understand! Please contact us directly as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your support and love is more than enough. However, if you wish to contribute something additional, we have a direct link for our honeymoon experiences cash fund on our website to help us get to our dream vacation :). We will also have a card box at the wedding. We prefer these over gifts as we will have to travel back lightly. Thank you!!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at The Jasper, Radisson, and Clubhouse Suites. Go to the Hotels tab on our website to follow instructions for booking. The Jasper and Radisson are 5 minutes away, and Clubhouse Suites is 15 minutes away. We will be staying at the Jasper. There are plenty of hotels in the area you can look at independently as well.

Should I plan for anything on Friday?

Answer

We will not have an official event, but if you would like to come to Front Street Taproom Friday night between 7pm and 9pm we would for you to drop in and say hi!

Do I need to plan for anything Sunday morning?

Answer

We will not be scheduling any additional event on Sunday. We know majority of our guests are traveling and want to make sure you are able to make your own travel plans back home that is convenient for you without restriction.

Is there a shuttle to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Only for guests staying at Radisson Blu and Clubhouse Suites. Complimentary shuttle service will be available only if you book ahead with hotel. **LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE. The venue is only less than 15 minutes away from the farthest hotel, and Uber/Lyft are readily available in the area.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is a large free parking lot at the venue.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! You will not have to travel to another location.

Is the ceremony indoors?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception are indoors. If the weather permits, cocktail hour will be outdoors on the patio.

Is there a break between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour in between that is at the same venue, so no need to travel elsewhere.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail or semi-formal attire is encouraged.

Can I bring alcohol?

NO outside alcohol is permitted onsite. You will be escorted off the property by the venue coordinator.

Will food be provided?

Answer

Yes! There will be small snack food at contain hour and we will have a sit down dinner at the reception after cocktail hour, desserts, and late night snacks.
