Can you do a vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free meal?

Yes, just send us a message and we will let the club know. Please tell us at least one month before.

Will I need cash?
Answer
Heck no. The bar is hosted and the club doesn’t accept tips.

Will the wedding be outside?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, reception and dancing will be inside. Oregon can be unpredictable in September, sometimes it’s hot, sometimes it rains!

Can I bring someone not listed on the invite?

This is a very intimate wedding. Please no kids or plus ones unless listed.

What time should we arrive at the wedding?
Answer
Between 5:30 and 6! Parking is free and onsite, so no need to arrive early. We will open the gates for a welcome beverage and mingling at 5:30, wedding ceremony will start promptly at 6. If you arrive late please wait at the gate until the ceremony is finished.

Do I need a car?
Answer
Portland is really easy to navigate without a car. Downtown is very walkable and Ubers are abundant. Best way to get to the wedding venue if you don’t have a car is Uber! Just be sure to request a car 15-20 minutes in advance. There’s public transit everywhere but I’d be careful using it. If you want to explore beyond Portland, I highly recommend renting a car. The Oregon coast is a quick drive, the Gorge is awesome and there are never ending wineries in the Willamette Valley!

Ok, this is silly but there’s no tax in Oregon so you should probably clear time to shop! Downtown Nordstrom is pretty great, but 23rd Ave, Mississippi, and Division are all awesome walk streets with great shopping!
