Schedule

TIMELINE: Here's what to expect during our wedding celebration: Number one rule! :) We want you to enjoy yourselves! We will have all the games set up, beverages out for you to enjoy right away, so please just relax and enjoy! 12:30: You all can start arriving. 1-1:30: Ceremony is expected to start. 1:30-2:30: Guests will have mingling/beverage hour and party/yard games to enjoy while the bridal party partake in some pictures and dinner is prepared. 2:45-3:45: Dinner/Toasts/Cake cutting will start. 4:00: First dances will start. Again, these times are all rough estimates, and we want everyone to have a great time, this is going to be a super laid back day, so kick off your shoes and enjoy yourself, if you want to go down the slip and slide while we're saying our vows, go for it! :) We want this to be a wedding to remember.

If there is enough interest or a need a Shuttle will be available to take guests to the Wedding, but one will not be provided back to the park n ride due to unknown departure times. Guests will likely be able to carpool back with each other as they leave.

Parking at Venue

You will be sent a parking pass in your invitation, please bring this with you when parking.

Once we have hit 70 vehicles you will be notified that you will need to carpool from the Lakeland Hills Park n Ride. We are also looking into alternate ways of transporting those who are unable to carpool. If you are unable to carpool, please text me and let me know as soon as possible. 253-888-6227

This is a non cigarette smoking property. Property owners will charge us if any cigarette butts are found. Thank you for understanding.

If you would like to camp overnight please send funds via Venmo to property owner: @Jana-Wilson-TheBarnAtWilsonFar (This is not a typo, there is no "m" at the end of their Venmo name). Please include in the notes: For Michelle & Andrew Wedding 8/4/2024. You can send payment up to the day before the wedding.

Travel

EVENT LOCATION: The Barn at Wilson Farm: 1425 210th Ave E Lake Tapps, WA 98391. PARKING; There is only room for 70 cars. Carpooling is encouraged. There is a Park N Ride at Lakeland Hills about 8 minutes away from the venue: 400 Lakeland Hills Way SE, Auburn 98092. Please RSVP if you plan to park at the venue. We will be sending parking passes to the first 70 vehicles who RSVP. A shuttle from the Lakeland Hills park n ride from 11:30am-12:30pm is optional if enough people are interested or in need of it. There will be no return shuttle. OVERNIGHT OCCOMMODATIONS are available: Dry RV/Tent Camping is permitted. RV cost is $60 tent camping is $30. So there is no reason to drink & drive! If you plan to camp please Venmo funds to @Jana-Wilson-TheBarnAtWilsonFar (no the missing "m" is not a typo) & put in the notes (Michelle & Andrew wedding 8/4/24, your name & type of Vehicle). Please RSVP if you plan to Camp at the venue so we can inform the property owner of how many guests to expect.

FUN IN THE SUN: Get ready to have a good time! Bring your bathing suits, and extra towels because we will have an adult Slip n Slide, misting machines to keep you cool, Be sure to bring your sunblock so no one get's sunburnt! We will also have a photo booth to capture all the fun moments, which guests will have access to all the pictures taken by downloading the KRUU App https://kruu.com/us/app/ and entering the access code: U209F07 in addition to that we will have yard games for all to play. WINDING DOWN: Once the party starts winding down, for those of you who still want to hang out and just relax, we will start up a bonfire weather permitting and roast some smores and just listen to some music! Feel free to bring your lawn chairs as they will be more comfortable to sit in after the ceremony.

FAQs

RSVP: Please RSVP by June 1st, as I will be sending out the physical invitations for those that RSVP'd by June 4th. If you have trouble RSVP'ing please text me, I may have misspelled your name. If you are bringing a plus one and are not able to add one please text me so I can update your invite. NO CIGARETTE SMOKING; This is a non smoking property. Vaping is okay. If any cigarette butts are found we are charged $150 dollars. We appreciate your understanding. NO PETS ALLOWED: Please leave your fur babies at home, the owners of the property do not allow pets. NO DRAMA: This will be a drama free wedding. We prefer fun silly shenanigans, which may be recorded INVITATIONS; It's important that you bring your invitations. They are your passport into the wedding, as we will be stamping them when we send them out once we receive your RSVP for our caterer to ensure food count is accurate as we will only be ordering enough food for those who RSVP.
