Dressy casual attire. Please arrive at 4:30 p.m. so that all can be seated by 5:00 p.m.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
An open bar with beer, wine, and cocktails will be available as well as an assortment of non-alcoholic drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
Dinner
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
The reception includes a family style dinner served at your table. Options include dry rubbed grilled tri-tip and Parmesan crusted chicken accompanied with veggies and sides. Food restrictions, such as vegetarian or kids meal, can be selected within your RSVP.
Party
7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Spend the evening dancing, touring the castle, and playing games. Dessert will be served and the bar remains open!

Where will the wedding be held?

Mt. Woodson Castle 16302 N. Woodson Drive Ramona, CA 92065 From Route 67, turn onto Archie Moore Rd., take the first left onto Mt. Woodson Dr. (easy to miss!), veer right at the roundabout, then take the first left to reach the parking lot. Uber and Lyft are also assessible to and from the Castle.

Arrive at 4:30 p.m. to ensure everyone will be seated before the 5 p.m. ceremony.

Parking is plentiful. Head to the right side of the castle and pick your spot.

What should I wear?
Answer
Dressy casual attire. Temperatures will range from 85 degrees during the ceremony and 75 degrees during reception. Bring a light jacket for a slightly chilly evening. The castle has rocky, uneven stairs; we recommend avoiding stilettos.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception are outdoors. Guests are free to explore the interior of the castle after the ceremony. In the event of rain, we will move all events indoors.

Hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour at 5:30 p.m. The reception starts at 6:30 p.m. and includes a family style dinner of grilled tri-tip and Parmesan crusted chicken accompanied with veggies and sides. Please include food restrictions in your RSVP (vegetarian, vegan, or kids meal).

No. We are extremely lucky to have love, laughs, and all the household treasures we could ever hope for. Our only request is that you bring even more love and laughter into our lives by joining us in celebration as we merge our two families. In lieu of presents, please dance with us!

Mt. Woodson Castle is somewhat isolated in East San Diego. Poway and Rancho Bernardo are the communities closest to the castle, beyond that most anywhere in San Diego is within 45 minutes. Give us a call if you need recommendations.
