How We Got Here
From a first date over burritos and margaritas, to a proposal over Taco Bell hot sauce packets shaped into a heart, Mike and Meaghan Rose both knew they found the one when they realized the other’s chief priorities involved Mexican food. Beyond their food compatibility, Mike and Meaghan Rose quickly spent all the time they could together upon meeting in 2023. They both came from long-term relationships with the wrong people, and felt more sure than ever that they found the right person in each other, genuinely right when neither of them anticipated it. Meaghan Rose loved Mike’s sincerity and cleverness. Mike loved Meaghan Rose’s intelligence and ability to lift others up. They moved in together, had the sweetest & cutest little baby, and are now counting down until they can call each other husband and wife. They are beyond excited to celebrate this special moment with all of you!

Meaghan Rose's little brother and best friend. If you’ve seen Todd and Meaghan Rose together, you’ve likely seen them arguing incessantly or finishing each other’s sentences (okay, probably interrupting each other). Through 29.5 years of their bickering, they’ve been each other’s biggest hype-person and there’s no one else Meaghan Rose could picture standing right next to her on this big day. If you run into Todd at the wedding, conversation topics could include: baking, his dog Ralph, Taylor Swift, why Meaghan Rose is and always has been the best (prettiest, nicest, smartest) sister ever, and/or why Catan is objectively the worst board game.

Best Man, Big Brother, Pink Floyd Lover. It's all thanks to Josh that Mike discovered his one true love (other than Meaghan Rose): the band Tool. These brothers are super close and there’s no one else Mike would have right beside him for this big day. If you run into Josh at the wedding, topics of conversation could include: his VW van, his family’s impressive Halloween costumes, or stories of beating up on Mike when they were kids.

Jake is the nicest guy you'll ever meet...unless you cross him. Also, if you enter into any sort of competition with him, he'll let you think you're winning for just long enough, then he'll quietly snag the W when you least expect it. Just the perfect person to officiate a wedding. We're all about winners here. Really though, through dating Meaghan Rose's brother, he's genuinely become family. He knows the couple better than most people and is THE person to marry them. Gill and Meaghan Rose were friends before Meaghan Rose and Mike moved to Worcester, where Gill lives, but their friendship has only grown since the move. It’s grown so much, that Gill was lucky (brave?) enough to be in the room right before and after Meaghan Rose gave birth to James! There’s no world in which Meaghan Rose wouldn’t have her up there on this big day. Brian. More properly known as Darkness. Mike’s brother from another mother. Former roommate. One of Mike’s oldest and truest friends. He’s been there through it all and Mike trusts him with his life. Mike was DEATHLY ill at Brian’s wedding and Brian loves him anyway. Let’s hope that on November 9, Brian doesn’t return the favor and feels 100%. If you see Darkness at the wedding, topics of conversation can include: guitar, his band, or all the times he and Mike got into trouble when working at Circuit City right after high school
Morgan (Morgie) Soderholm

Not only is Morgan one of Meaghan Rose’s closest friends, but she was her roommate in and after college, meaning she’s seen Meaghan Rose at her worst…like during her *Wednesday Adams* bangs phase. Her loyalty is unmatched and this wedding wouldn’t be the same without her (no really. She essentially was the wedding planner). If you run into Morgan at the wedding, conversation topics to consider are: the Colts, champagne (or wine or tequila), her theory on cat versus dog people, and why the Christmas season starts no later than the day after Halloween.

Drew. D Roosta. Drewbacca (okay Mike just now came up with that one). Another brother from another mother. Former roommate. The go-to whenever Mike wants to do little boy stuff, like blowing things up and riding cardboard down the stairs. No matter how far apart they live now, he’s a forever friend that Mike couldn’t imagine this big day without. If you run into Drew at the wedding, topics of conversation to bring up: motorcycles, the outdoors, or literally anything you could ever need to know about paint.

Meaghan Rose’s forever confidant and fellow-Taylor-Swift fangirl. Her voice of reason. Her middle of the night phone call when her pets are in trouble (shout out to having a vet in the friend group). After over a decade of friendship, Meaghan Rose couldn’t imagine her wedding day without Tracy up there with her! Conversation topics with Tracy could include: skiing, camping, anything nature-related, and/or advice about any ailments your pets may be suffering (jkjk give the girl a break)
Billy Jackson

Billy aka Birry (pronounced “Beer-y”) aka Billiam. Also a brother from another mother. Also a former roommate. Spider-hater who once made Mike laugh his a$$ off when he saw one hanging in Mike’s car. Mike’s favorite person to watch college national championship games with, especially over a bottle of wine each. If you see Billiam at the wedding, good topics of conversation may include: customizing cars, how he learned you can crack an egg with your knuckle, and definitely not spiders.
Tenley Chlaupek

Tenley and Meaghan Rose bonded years and years ago over the fact that they're both the oldest sibling with two younger brothers--one being close in age, and one being much younger. Fast forward a decade and Meaghan Rose couldn't imagine her wedding day without Tenley. She is hands-down the warmest, most understanding human Meaghan Rose has ever met. Good topics of conversation with Tenley may include: her affinity for crafts, Lady Gaga, the impressive baby food game she coordinated at James's baby shower, and all the reasons why Meaghan Rose says she needs to make an Etsy shop.
Thomas Costello

The youngest and coolest Costello sibling. Todd and Meaghan Rose love to discuss how they changed *some of* his diapers, read him bedtime stories, and helped him become the intelligent, successful college student he now is. When Mike met him, he admired Thomas's thoughtful approach to every conversation (and probably the fact that he's the coolest Costello sibling, to Meaghan Rose's chagrin). Topics of conversation with Thomas may include: Ancient Roman history, weightlifting, life in Boston, why Meaghan Rose is and always has been the best (prettiest, nicest, smartest) big sister, and/or how incredibly weird it is that he doesn't want a house full of dogs one day.

From sharing cheap college sangria pitchers, to taking salty spring break vacations, to singing happy birthday to baby siblings and helping each other get back on their feet after difficult breakups, Daniela and Meaghan Rose are the truest of friends. Meaghan Rose doesn’t know what she’d do without Daniela’s humor and friendship! Topics of conversation with Daniela that you could bring up are: her unbeatable themed parties, the ins and outs of most any beer, and /or topics related to dismantling the patriarchy

Give them a call and provide our wedding information to get the discounted rate for our block before it fills up. (Don't just book online - apparently people had issues with getting the correct rate online)
