Both coming from the auto industry and happened to cross paths at work, I was the new girl back at Schomp and he gave it about 3 days into my first week before asking me to go to a Lynyrd Skynyrd concert. I of course said yes and told him I would meet him at his parents' house at 7 o'clock. I pull up to the driveway and hopped out of the car... and there stood Chip to greet me with open arms. "I'm here to meet your son finally!" That was September 21st, 2019. Since then, we've became expert movers within the state of Colorado, and in October 2020 Matt interviewed for a new position in Miami. Florida. December 6th, 2020, we left our home state for our forever home the great state of Florida. Spent 2 years in Miami enjoying new foods, art, the city lights and quickly learned Spanish was not a language we would ever be able to learn quick enough. November 2021, Matt took a new position in Fort Lauderdale, and we moved to a place right on the water. That was and will always have been our favorite apartment. After about a year we bought our first home 8.5 hours north and decided to settle for the suburbs once again. Panama City is where the accident happened of the engagement ring ... yep accident! While organizing and finding Matt's not so skillful hiding places, I came across a ring box... I ruined it. And now we are getting hitched December 2024! This is just the beginning
