This event is all black formal attire with black-tie optional. The grass can be soft, so maybe rethink stilettos. Please refrain from any revealing attire, please DO NOT wear white or Ivory.
Please be mindful that since we are not doing a first look for the Bride and Groom that is when we will be taking pictures about 3hrs before the reception starts. We do ask that while we are taking pictures please refrain from disturbing the bridal party and family photos and our hard working photographers.
Please be sure to have your invitation in hand or readily accessible on your phone, we will use these to verify that you and your guest(s) are on the attendee list.
The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside and outside.
Please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 1:15PM for the ceremony. If you will not be attending the ceremony and wish to come to the reception please plan to arrive no later than 4:15PM.
Easy! The guest dress code will be formal/black tie. We do please ask that everyone refrains from wearing white/ivory. We also ask NOT to wear anything revealing and to keep your attire appropriate. Please read below to understand the different dress codes. Black Tie: Black Tie usually indicates an evening wedding where men wear tuxedos with a black long neck tie and women wear formal floor-length gowns. Black tie does not mean you must wear black. However, traditionally men would wear a euro tie and black tuxedo. Formal or Black Tie Optional: These phrases mean that guests are encouraged to wear attire that fits a black tie dress code, but that this is optional. For men, they should wear a dark suit with a shirt and tie (if they don’t wish to wear a tuxedo). Women should wear a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates.
The dress code is a black tie/formal! If you can wear something pertaining to the colors on the invitations is ideal if not then please wear black.
Please be mindful that since we are not doing a first look for the Bride and Groom that is when we will be taking pictures about 3hrs before the reception starts. We do ask that while we are taking pictures please refrain from disturbing the bridal party and family photos and our hard working photographers. We will have snacks in the south-east corner of the venue outside and refreshments for your enjoyment.
