The story of Rossy and Matthew began a long time ago, when her mom and his dad attended the same school. After many years (and many kids), they reconnected online. They both learned their children were around the same age (her daughter and his son), and decided it would be worth a try to introduce them. It started off by their kids following each other on social media, and their conversation began with a simple greeting from Matthew. Overtime they learned more about each other, as well as figuring out if they could eventually meet up. This was made easier with Rossy's job as a flight attendant, which made it possible for her to visit Matthew in the US. One of her flights even went directly to Los Angeles, which was not too far away from the Bay Area where he lived. After a couple months from being introduced, Rossy finally obtained a flight to LA and together made plans to meet there. The night she landed Matthew had also arrived, and she invited him to go out to eat. It was late though, and many of the restaurants had already closed, however In-n-Out was one of the few places that were opened. Though they didn't think about it at the time, they both came to conclusion that was their first date, and the first step to being husband and wife.
