What is the distance from Orlando International Airport to venue? Is there a block of hotel rooms reserved?

Answer

~45 minutes from Airport. Sorry, no room blocks. Hotels this popular time of year do not offer courtesy holds. For hotels in the vicinity follow https://www.google.com/travel/hotels. Downtown Orlando is ~20 minutes from venue. Like other large cities, use safety precautions in this area.

Is the wedding ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

No. They are a short ~3-minute walk from each other. See "Schedule" tab for addresses and "Travel" tab for aerial photo. Our church's address intersects with E New England Ave., it is not the church directly across from The Woman's Club reception.

Is there parking at church and reception?

Answer

Yes, but limited. See "Travel" tab for all public parking options. No valet parking. Disability parking available. If church and reception parking lots & street curbside parking are full, we recommend parking in the for-a-fee Suntrust Parking Garage located beside The Woman's Club reception venue. The Suntrust parking garage address is 203 E Lyman Ave., Winter Park, 32789.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes. Under the registry tab is a "Happily Ever After Fund" to contribute what you wish and a small Amazon registry.

What is the dress code for the Wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Semi-formal. A happy hour following the ceremony (when wedding party is being photographed) will be on the Woman's Club terrace, which is a combination of pavers and some grass. Certain heel styles may sink into grass. Feel free to wear heel protectors or flats if more comfortable.

What time should I arrive at the church?

Answer

2:30 - 2:45 p.m. Ceremony starts promptly @ 3:00 p.m. Other ceremonies also scheduled.

May I bring a date, friend or invite others?

Answer

No. Please do not bring/invite others if your invitation is not addressed to include a guest. The reception venue capacity is strictly capped per fire code.
