How We Met
Mason and I met through Facebook, actually! He sent me a friend request, and we started to get to know each other through text. A few weeks later, we went on our first date. It was around Christmas time, so we went to see a light show after eating Mexican.
The Proposal
Mason had plans to propose the weekend before, but any plan he made didn’t work out. So, he decided he was just going to go for it and pop the question. The next weekend we went out to dinner at Cheddar’s, and afterwards, Mason drove us to an overlook and proposed!

Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by April 18th, 2024 on our Zola page! We have to provide a final head count to our vendors by this date in order to accommodate everyone appropriately on the day of our wedding. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
This is no black tie event by any means. We would love for you to dress up with us, though! Although it is certainly not required, we would love for guests to wear Spring colors. (Blue, orange, yellow, pink) Please do not wear white, cream, or ivory.

Due to limited capacity at our venue, your formal invitation will indicate if you can bring a plus one.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes early. (No later than 5:45) The gates to the property will be locked at 6 and reopened at 6:30.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors under a gazebo (weather permitting). The reception will be held in the barn. Please bring and umbrella and/or rain jacket just in case!

We will have supper and dessert after the ceremony.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish, we have a registry with Target and Amazon that are both linked on our website at Zola. Should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, cards can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
