Riu Vallarta is an all inclusive resort! The only items that you will need to purcahse is anything from the gift shop, beach vendors, or onsite/offsite activities.

USD is normally used for tipping, USD is not accepted to pay for items on resort. However, there is an ATM on resort to convert into Pesos. All major cards are accepted with added foreign transaction fee.
