We’re getting married!

Our love for soccer is what got us together. I was asked to join an indoor team where Meño was the coach. I know, scandalous. Pretty soon I was crushing on him hard and so was he on me. We started talking around December ‘12/January ‘13 and from then on it was back and forth texts and calls every day! We went on a trick ‘first date’ on February 16, 2013 as he pretended our friends canceled last minute so it was just him and I. Fast forward to March 20, 2013 and we made it official after many weekly movie night dates. I can happily say I’m still head over heels after 12 years. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

It was the annual Disney vacation in Florida. This one was a little more special since I wanted to celebrate my 30th birthday with my love. We had gone to two parks out of four and I was eager for the third one, Magic Kingdom. I was clueless of Meño proposing here but I’m so glad it was a surprise! We were taking pictures on Main Street and as we are posing back to back, looking opposite directions, he decides to get on one knee and propose publicly. I honestly thought he was playing but it was real and a dream come true! Everyone cheered and clapped and congratulated us! And here began the start of something new.
