Shuttle from hotels to reception

Date: October 17, 2024 Time: 1:30 PM - 11:30 PM Shuttle buses will run every 45 minutes to transport guests from the three designated hotels to the reception venue and back. Please note, there is no parking available at the farm. If you are not staying at one of the reserved hotels, please park at the hotel most convenient for you and take the shuttle from there. Shuttle Schedule: 1:30 PM: Pickup at Fairfield Inn 1:37 PM: Pickup at Country Inn and Suites 2:11 PM: Pickup at Super 8 2:15 PM: Pickup at Fairfield Inn 2:22 PM: Pickup at Country Inn and Suites 2:56 PM: Pickup at Super 8 3:00 PM: Pickup at Fairfield Inn 3:07 PM: Pickup at Country Inn and Suites 3:41 PM: Pickup at Super 8 Shuttles will continue to run every 45 minutes following this schedule until 11:30 PM. Will there be parking at the venue?
Answer
No there will be no parking at the venue. You must take the shuttle from one of the three hotels in the hotels page. If you are not staying at one of the hotels then you would need to either drive or take a cab to be dropped off at the hotels to catch the shuttle.

If I want to leave early would I be able to do so?
Answer
Yes the shuttles will be running until midnight. So if you feel like leaving at any point just hop of the shuttle and once enough others are on board a trip to drop people off will be made.

What kind of shoes should I were?
Answer
The farm is mostly grass and dirt with very little paved walk ways. That being said we do not recommend that the women wear stilettos. A block or a wedge heel would be a good alternative.
