Formal/Cocktail Attire
Ceremony begins at 6pm. Keep in mind the ceremony will take place outside and on uneven ground. We suggest you avoid open toed and/or spiked heel shoes. Feel free to arrive a little before the ceremony to check out the ranch and the safari animals on site. Reception to follow with dinner and dancing. Reception will be inside and climate controlled, phew. There will be a variety of food options during dinner that will include vegetarian options.

If you want to be as close as possible, and don't care about being too fancy, then this is another great option. Also contact the Bride if you want a room that has already been reserved Friday 2/1 through Sunday 2/3. A person in the bridal party misunderstood and already booked a room here.

Will There be Transportation to the Venue?

Yes! Shuttles for those staying further out of town will be provided and will depart from Horseshoe Bay Resort to the venue and will return after the festivities. You are welcome to take the shuttle if you are staying at a nearby location to this hotel as well. Pickup and drop off times will be posted closer to the event.

Is the wedding going to be outside?

Our awesome venue offers the best of both worlds. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be inside the large comfy indoor space.

Is the venue is a big town?
Answer
NO! We are getting married at a private ranch that is located outside of Llano, TX. You will easily find it with your GPS but you will be on some smaller country roads with lots of deer. Get ready to fall in love with the hill country!
