Austin International Airport (AUS)

The easiest airport to fly in to will be Austin! You will need to rent a car, as the ranch and hotels are about 1 1/2 hours from Austin. We know that this is a bit of extra travel for many of our friends and family. However, we can’t wait to share one of our favorite places with you! We truly hope you can make it, and appreciate everyone going the extra mile(s) to celebrate with us!

Day of Wedding Transportation!

Note: Hotel Transportation from Hotels will be provided to and from The Ranch via Charter Buses! If you are sensitive to travel time on busses, valet will also be available for those driving in. All vehicles will be parked on Ranch property, and likely on unpaved roads/grass. Please be aware that rentals/personal cars will be parked a little off road if you decide to drive yourself, so keep that in mind when selecting a vehicle! Public Safety Reminder: There will be plenty of adult beverages to indulge in, so please keep that in mind if deciding to drive, especially given country roads and many deer at night! :) The hotel information includes expected travel time between hotel and The Ranch, so take a quick peak to check out those expected travel times when making hotel arrangements! One hotel is closer than the other, but we wanted to provide enough hotel options for our guests to choose from, and clarity on travel times so you can make the best decision for you!

Horseshoe Bay Resort

UPDATE: Due to limited interested in Horseshoe Bay Resort, we have closed the room block earlier than expected. While you are still more than welcome to stay here, and we will provide a shuttle to and from the wedding, the block pricing is no longer available. We have finalized Horseshoe Bay Resort as our primary hotel block since this is where we can imagine the most of our guests will enjoy staying. If this fits within your budget, we'd love for you to book here as we have set up a block of rooms. We will be providing shuttle service to and from the wedding here! We want to encourage using the shuttle service to avoid having to tame your fun during all the magic of the day! The cut off date to book your rooms under our block is March 11th. Shuttle from Horseshoe Bay Resort to Cherokee Falls Ranch

We will have one trip from Horseshoe Bay Resort to the ranch departing at 3:25PM. During the reception we will have two trips back to the hotel, times TBD. One likely around 8:30, and one around 11PM

Best Western Plus Lampasas Inn & Suites

The Best Western in Lampasas is the closest hotel option to the ranch. We don’t have an official block at this hotel but we will have a shuttle pick up and drop off in the area. The specific drop off and pickup location is still TBD.
