Is this a child free event?

Answer

We are asking that only family members, including immediate and extended (ie, cousins of the bride and groom) bring their children along for the festivities. While we love all of our friends and family's kiddos, we felt it was best to make this choice in order to plan logistically and make sure all little ones who attend are given adequate supervision. If you are a friend of the bride and groom, take the night off and put your dancing shoes on! :) If you have any questions or concerns about this, or if lack of childcare would be a barrier to your attendance, please reach out to either Laura or Torrey. The goal is not to leave anyone out, but rather to create a fun and safe atmosphere for all.

Are there Hotel Accommodations?

Answer

We have been able to secure a limited amount of rooms at the Quality Inn in Marion, IL as well as the Baymont Inn in Marion, IL. Local Air B&B's are a great option as well. Mt. Vernon, IL, is approximately 40 minutes from the wedding venue and offers a variety of hotel options.
