If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. For cancellations related to accommodations, please refer to the hotel’s cancellation policy, which will be managed by Paulina, our wedding travel agent. Be aware that if you cancel, we will be responsible for paying 25% of your room rate. Si necesitas cancelar, por favor, infórmanos lo antes posible. Para las cancelaciones relacionadas con el alojamiento, consulta la política de cancelación del hotel, que será gestionada por Paulina, nuestra agente de viajes para la boda. We have limited the amount of kids invited to the wedding and these spots have been filled, we have spoken to the families individually. For those invited, we ask children not attend the ceremony or cocktail hour.. (no exceptions) childcare will be available at your expense. A total of an hour and a half minimum. Children can join the party and reception to follow. Hemos limitado la cantidad de niños invitados a la boda y esos lugares ya están ocupados. Nos hemos comunicado con las familias individualmente. Para aquellos que han sido invitados, solicitamos que los niños no asistan a la ceremonia ni a la hora del cóctel (sin excepciones). Habrá cuidado de niños disponible a su costo, con un mínimo de una hora y media. Los niños pueden unirse a la fiesta y la recepción que seguirá.

RSVP to our wedding by submitting a payment of $1,000 in Mexican pesos, which is approximately equivalent to $55-$62 in American dollars. Deposit by July 1, 2024, which will go towards your hotel room. Rest easy the full payment is due September 15, 2024. We just want to make sure we can count on your company, and for room hold purposes!. If no deposit confirmation, we'll assume warm wishes. Thanks a bunch!
