FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Seating starts at 5:00pm, and we ask that you arrive before 5:25pm at the latest. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm on the Misselwood lawn. If you are late to the ceremony, you may be directed to the reception area so as not to disturb the ceremony. Please plan in plenty of time to arrive to Misselwood since there is a university homecoming happening the same evening.

Question

Is there transportation to/from the wedding?

Answer

There is a shuttle provided for guests staying at the Sonesta Select in Danvers, MA. The shuttle will depart promptly at 4:45pm from the front of the hotel. Please look for a big yellow school bus! The shuttle return will be two trips: 10:00pm and 11:00pm from the wedding venue to the Sonesta Select.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, there is guided, free parking on site and is also close to the reception. There will be a police detail directing you to parking, either on site or across the street at Endicott College. You also may choose to take an Uber or Lyft to the venue.

Question

What is the recommended attire?

Answer

The recommended attire is black tie optional. This includes tuxedos or a nice suit for men, and gown length or nice cocktail dresses for women. The only color of dress for women to avoid are whites and creams.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors on grass, but there will be an indoor plan in case of rain. The reception will be inside of a heated/cooled tent. Please plan your footwear accordingly for grass and dancing!

Phil proposed at our favorite weekend escape - Killington!
You can't see it clearly in this photo, but the snow was falling all around us and it was very romantic...
Charlotte (elder) and Grace (younger) love spending time in VT and especially on this mountain coaster, which they would ride all day if they could!
Charlotte is a brilliant artist and loves math & science at school. Grace is full of energy and is a budding artist. She loves singing and can memorize any pop song after hearing it a couple of times.
