Question

What are the COVID entry requirements?

Answer

For starters, the rules for entering Israel frequently change, and we will continue to update this in accordance with new requirements. As of now, entry to Israel does not require the presentation of a negative COVID test, or any other form of testing prior to flight. The only current requirement is to fill out the entry form provided in the link below: https://corona.health.gov.il/en/flights/

Question

Will transportation be provided to the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be held in Caesarea, which is a 45-minute drive from Tel Aviv. While some of you may be renting cars for your trip, we highly recommend using the transportation that we provide to get to and from the wedding. There will be more updates on this as we get closer to the date of the celebration.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

One of the best part about the Middle East is the predictability of the weather. Every day in May will be sunny with a low of 70F (21C) to a high of 90F (32C). The days are hot while the temperature cools down in the mornings and evenings. In other words, great beach weather, so feel free to leave your raincoats at home.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Feel free to check out the Travel page of our website for some highly recommended places to stay. The provided list ranges from top-tier five-star hotels to more budget-friendly options. However, if you can't find what you're looking for on our list, Tel Aviv has endless accommodations options. From beautiful airbnbs to quiet boutique hotels. Additionally, if you're interested in using points, there are also several great places that are part of points programs.

Question

Are there COVID requirements for departing Israel?

Answer

Many countries and airlines require providing a negative COVID PCR test before boarding flights, however the rules are different for each country. We recommend looking into what your destination country and/or airline requires you to do, at least 48 hours in advance of your flight, in order to leave enough time to meet the necessary requirements. If you need to get a PCR test before departing, here is a link to book an appointment in Israel that's specifically for international travelers and has many options: https://check2fly.co.il/en/ Another great option for testing is https://aidg.co.il/en/ - they have many locations in Israel and even a drive-through on the fast lane, 15 minutes from Ben Gurion airport.
