Seating opens at 3pm with a prompt ceremony start time of 3:30pm.
Yes! There will be a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony with snacks and drinks. We have chosen a more casual dinner option with food stations shortly after cocktail hour that guests may choose from and sit wherever they desire. Not hungry right away? No problem! Enjoy a drink and some cornhole before visiting the food stations! Are you famished? Please get something to eat as soon as they open and choose from a high or low top table as close to or far away from the music and fun as you want!
There is a decent size parking lot right across the street next to the venue. From the parking lot, you will see the fence in the back of the venue with its wooden doors open to the garden where the ceremony is being held.
We're thinking cocktail attire but a little more comfortable, if that's a thing :)
While we adore your children, our venue does not have the room for all of the little ones. We are having children of immediate family only. Please make it a date night! We can't wait to celebrate with you!
We want all of our guests to be able to be present and enjoy the moment with us and not worry about the phone in their hands. We have hired an EXCELLENT photographer to take pictures during the ceremony that we will be able to share with each of you! So, please turn that phone on silent and put it in your pocket or purse because this talented lady has the photographs handled :)
Yes! If you would like to Uber back and forth to the venue to safely enjoy the bar, there are some bed and breakfasts close to the venue itself. There are a few rooms at the venue that will open up to book one month before the wedding (so March 19th). If you do not want to wait that long or take the chance of them running out, then there is The Hampton Inn York (1550 Mt Zion Rd) and Holiday Inn Express & Suites York (18 Cinema Dr) that are also not that far away.
