For guests coming from Nigeria or within Africa: ASKY, Air Cote D'Iviore and Ethiopian Airlines offer the easiest journey to Brazzaville (BZV). Be sure to fill out the Visa request form located in the Visa section. We've discovered that flight prices vary by dates, so please chose the flight/date combinations that work best for your budget.

VISA Requirements!
Please read carefully! All guests will require a visitors visa to travel to Brazzaville, Congo except for Central African passport holders. The E-Visa is the preferred option, and the application process has been simplified to facilitate an easier journey. All visiting guests can secure an E-Visa by providing a copy of their valid passport data page and paying the associated visa fee. This needs to be completed by June 20th 2024. Please carefully fill out the form in the attached link and ensure the information is consistent with the data in your passport. You will also need to provide your email address and attach a copy of your passport data page. Visa Fee Payment (Applying from the US): Please send $120 to Joshua Abia Bassey via any of these platforms: Zelle/ApplePay - 4049165960 Paypal- @abiabass Cashapp- $shadowjab Visa Fee Payment (Applying from Nigeria): Please send N120,000 to Joshua Abia Bassey via bank transfer. 0111109217 Guaranty Trust Bank. All names will be confirmed and provided to the Congolese Embassy for E-Visa processing on June 30th 2024. The E-Visas will then be issued and emailed to all confirmed attendees.

This is the closest Hotel to the venue. Located within walking distance of the wedding venue, this is the recommended Hotel for guest accommodation. We've also been able to negotiate a 50% discount for all guests attending the wedding ceremony. Discount code and additional information will be provided soon.

The dress code for the Traditional Wedding will depend on your allegiance. The colors will differ for brides family & friends vs grooms family & friends. If you're interested in wearing the family uniform, we'd be delighted to assist you! Please reach out to either the groom or bride to purchase your fabric. We're excited to have you join us in this special tradition. Our wedding colors are: olive green, Expresso brown, honey brown, Latte Brown, Navy Blue, and Rust Orange

We kindly recommend arriving early. Access to the venue will be restricted once the ceremony begins, and we wouldn't want you to miss any of the joyous moments. Your punctuality will be greatly appreciated!
