Our story: Going the Distance
We met in November of 2018, through the fortunate misfortune of West Point turning off all hot water to the barracks over Veteran's Day weekend. We were both invited to spend the weekend at a home in the Hudson Valley through mutual friends. We met there for the first time and haven't looked back since. We spent the following three years navigating school, the Army, and long distance dating. We managed to visit each other across the globe as often as we could. We knew pretty quickly this was a forever thing... The Army was determined we live on separate continents, which made getting engaged and planning a wedding very difficult. We decided to tie the knot in a small ceremony in Cozumel, Mexico on December 22, 2022. Through a wonderful opportunity we now have the chance to celebrate our marriage with all the people we wished could join us the first time. Welcome to Will and Jackie's Wedding 2.0!

Ceremony will begin at 5pm, please bring a jacket/coat as it will be outside. There will be a coat-room available during the cocktail hour and reception. Dinner will begin at 7pm followed by dancing. Dinner will be buffet style and drinks will be served via open bar.

Kids are definitely welcome! Please let us know when you RSVP how many children you are bringing. If the RSVP does not allow you to add children, please reach out and we will make sure they are added. There will be a table dedicated for the kiddos with some games and crafts during the reception.

There will be plenty of parking available at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There is no group transportation from the hotels to the venue. The three hotels listed are within 2 miles of the venue, and the venue will have plenty of parking available. We suggest bringing a personal vehicle or rental car for the weekend.
