Please arrive a few minutes early to Piazza di San Firenze, as the vans will leave promptly at 4pm. Look for vans with signs "Piya and Jadon Wedding at Fontanelle."

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Lighter colored suits and dresses are welcome, to manage the summer heat. Keep in mind that the villa grounds have areas with both grass and pebbles.
Ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 PM. Aperitivo hour, dinner, and dancing to follow! Reception ends at 1:00 AM, at which time vans will transport guests back to Piazza di San Firenze.

Is there transportation to and from the Villa?
Answer
Yes, there will be vans from Piazza di San Firenze in the Florence city center that will take guests up to the Villa, and return them the Piazza at the end of the evening. Guests will be required to use these vans to enter and leave the villa.

Are there any travel notes?
Answer
Italy requires an International Driver's Permit, if you plan to drive. You can easily apply online on the AAA website: https://www.aaa.com/vacation/idpf.html

Where should I stay?
Answer
We recommend staying at a hotel or Airbnb within Florence city limits, on the same side of the river as the main Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo) for the days of the welcome reception and wedding. Some recommended hotels include: Hotel La Gemma, Casa G Firenze, Hotel Baglioni, Hotel Cerretani Firenze, and Grand Hotel Minerva. The hotel where we are hosting the welcome reception, Plaza Hotel Lucchesi, is also an option.
