**Please bring a bunch of flowers to place down to aisle** We would love our closest friends and family to be involved in the decorating of our venue, please decorate our aisle with your flowers for us to walk down to get married. When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? What time should I arrive for the evening?
Answer
Please arrive at the time on your invitation!! The ceremony will officially begin at 13:30 but please arrive at 13:00, this will give you time to get a drink and to place your flowers down the aisle. If you are invited to the evening this will include our meal of a Hog Roast for all guests, so please arrive at the time on your invitation to avoid missing out on the food!!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones but this wedding is not one for children! Our lovely venue is a large open woodlands with an open fire pit, so it is not suitable for children. Please leave them at home with a babysitter and come and celebrate with us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is plenty of parking but we would suggest you car share as we have a large invitation list!

What is the venue like?
Answer
Our beautiful venue is an open woodlands, created specifically by a family to host their wedding initially. Please be respectful of our venue, put your rubbish in the bins provided and please only smoke or vape around the fire pit.

We have a long invitation list because we have invited everyone special in our lives to celebrate with us. Unfortunately this means we don't have enough space for additional guests.

There are plenty of hotels in the surrounding area of Maidstone and Bearstead. We have listed some of these hotels for you.

Do you have any taxi recommendations?
Answer
We would advise you book your taxi in advance as the location of our venue is in a secluded woodlands area. There are many taxi companies in and around Maidstone.
