Our live musician will begin at 4:30 PM for your entertainment prior to start of our ceremony.

We invite our guests to celebrate in cocktail attire, or “cowboy formal” (felt hat no jeans) if desired. Feel free to dress up rather than dress down! Bridesmaids will be wearing shades of terracotta and burnt orange.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We will be reserving a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn in Tomball, at 14100 Medical Complex Dr. Enter the “HSW” for group discount! If there are no more discounted rooms, please let us know so we can order more. They’ll only reserve 25 rooms at a time. You may also book independently at any other hotels in the area, if you choose.

What are the wedding party colors?

The handsome groomsmen will be dressed in navy blue suits, and the lovely bridesmaids are wearing shades of terracotta, rust, and burnt orange.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning a romantic outdoor ceremony and indoor reception, weather permitting. Should the weather be inclement, we have an excellent back up ceremony site.

Will transportation be provided to the venue?

Answer

While the Hampton Inn hotel does have a small shuttle, it will be reserved for use by the wedding party only due to insufficient capacity. Please be sure to plan your personal transportation ahead of time.

Will the wedding be open bar?

Answer

We are thrilled to share that our wedding reception will be open bar! We plan to serve beer, wine, and an assortment of mixed drinks and cocktails. Please plan your transportation responsibly both to and from our wedding celebration. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I leave my vehicle overnight at the venue?

Answer

We ask that you plan your transportation responsibly both to and from our wedding ceremony. If you need to leave your vehicle overnight at Magnolia Bells, you are permitted; however, you must retrieve your vehicle by 9:00 AM on Saturday Nov 4th, otherwise your vehicle will be towed.
