How will I get to the wedding?

Answer

There is parking along West Freeway (I-30) and Montgomery Street called the Fort Worth Botanical West Parking. This is where ushers will be awaiting to direct you to our ceremony! Since the venue is public, they unfortunately cannot offer shuttles to nearby hotels. Parked cars is the way to go!

Is the ceremony near the Garden West Entrance?

Answer

Yes! The Horsehoe Garden is the ceremony location! It is just inside the West Entrance! Look for the gazebo! You will see the ceremony setup right there in the open grassy field!

How will I get to the reception from the ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony, guests will go to the Japanese Garden entrance nearby! After entering, the left path along the outer edge will take you to the reception area! You'll see a series of wooden huts, which will be your destination!

What is the attire?

Answer

Any formal attire of your choosing! Keep in mind, the ceremony and reception events will be held outdoors, and there is a bit of a walk from one to the other. All we care about is that you are comfy and enjoying yourself to the finest! The reception area will be shaded though!

Can I bring my kids?

We are very sorry, but we will not be able to invite children under 10 to our event. We hope you will still be able to attend and celebrate with us!
