By April 7th. RSVPs can be filled out in the "RSVP" section. You do not need to mail anything.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

If you cannot attend, please fill out your RSVP as "can't attend" by April 7th. If something comes up after that date and you can no longer attend, please let Hannah know as soon as possible at 707-338-6408.

Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue?

Yes.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

You can expect highs of 70s and lows of 50s during May in Petaluma. It is possible there will be a slight chance of rain. Day time will most likely be nice and temperatures will drop at night. We will be inside for the majority of the event, but bringing a jacket is recommended.

What time should we arrive at the wedding?

Answer

Arrival time is 2:30 with welcome champagne/non-alcoholic options, and ceremony will start at 3:15.

Is there available parking?

Answer

Yes, plenty of parking in the main lot, and there is an overflow lot if needed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, little black dresses, floral/summer dresses, dressy jumpsuits or pant suits, of any lengths. Wear suit jackets, sports coats, or blazers, and slacks. Tie is optional.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Yes, there will be appetizers, dinner, dessert, and a late night snack. There will be a welcome champagne, signature cocktails, wine and beer, as well as an open bar. There will be non-alcoholic options as well.

What can we bring you as a gift?

No need to bring physical gifts to the wedding. See "Registry" section for further details.

Can we take photos at the ceremony?

Answer

Please no photos during the ceremony as we will have a professional photographer, but feel free to use your phone for photos throughout the rest of the event! We will also be able to share photos digitally with guests after we receive them from our photographer.

Can I leave my car overnight if I do not want to drive after the wedding?

Answer

Yes! You are welcome to leave your car overnight as long as you pick it up the next day. You can use Uber, Lyft, Taxi, etc. to get home, or to get both to and from the venue if you do not wish to drive to the event at all.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

No plus ones unless already specified in your invitation.
