The ceremony and reception will be taking place at The Simon. The address is 957 Main Street, Louisville, CO 80027.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is not a designated parking lot for The Simon BUT since it is in the heart of downtown Louisville has limited street parking. There are also some public lots available to park in as well. Shuttle to the venue from the room block!

Answer

We will have a shuttle on the day of our wedding from The Renaissance (our hotel block) to the venue. That means, even if you aren't staying with us at The Renaissance and you can still get a ride to the venue. There will be three shuttle times from the hotel to the venue: 4:00- Fashionably early 4:20- Right on time! There will be three shuttle times from the venue back to the hotel: 9:15 9:30 10:00

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00pm. Please arrives 20-30 minutes early to find parking and a seat. If you are late, we will ask that you join us for cocktail hour after the ceremony has ended. P.S. There are plenty of places to grab a drink by The Simon if you are early!

Both the ceremony and reception will be inside. Don't worry about those afternoon July showers!

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Do I have to stay at the hotel with the room block?

Answer

No. We have created a room block for those who want to stay at the same hotel as us. There are plenty of hotels in the area, so choose one that works best for you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. If you have a plus one it will say their name or "guest".

What is the dress code?

Answer

The short answer is to wear what you're comfortable in. The long answer is that the dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. That generally means cocktail dresses, evening dresses, sundresses, casual suits, slacks, button-downs, and sportcoats (ties or no ties) are all perfect for our wedding. The event is entirely indoors, so feel free to wear heels if you wish! You'll likely feel underdressed in jeans and t-shirts, and overdressed in a full tuxedo. If in doubt, don't hesitate to reach out to us and ask.

Answer

Our wedding colors will be dusty rose, desert rose, and sage green. Please try to avoid these colors when it comes to choosing your outfit.
