When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP through Zola by March 15th, 2025!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the venue promptly at 5:00 pm for the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
For the welcome party, the attire is cocktail - dresses for women, jackets for men! For the wedding, attire is semi formal - floral and spring dresses for women, suit and tie for men.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! There are buses that will transport guests from the Higgins Hotel directly to the wedding venue promptly at 4:30 pm. The buses will pick-up off on the Andrew Higgins side of the hotel. We ask that guests use ride shares to return back to the hotel.

Will there be a seated dinner?
Answer
In sticking with traditional New Orleans weddings, we will not have a seated dinner and instead have a cocktail reception with food stations and passed hors d’oeuvres. There will be plenty of food!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love all of the kiddos on both the bride and groom’s side, the wedding ceremony and reception are adults only. Greer is more than happy to teach all the kids how to peel crawfish at the Crawfish boil at the McKendrick home on Sunday!

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Answer
Please join us Friday evening at 8:30 pm at Rosie’s on the Rooftop at the Higgins Hotel for the Welcome Party! We will also be having a crawfish boil at the McKendrick home on Sunday at 11 am with plenty of food and drink!
