On the RSVP card please write the number of those attending, along with your first and last names above the number of attending. I need names so I am able to have your place cards correct.

I would like you to RSVP by February 1st, 2024, however, if you really need more time please the latest you can RSVP is by February 10th, 2024.

Do I have to mail in the RSVP?

It would be appreciated so that I am able to keep an accurate count, however, you can also contact Tiffany at (352) 659-4822. Please note the RSVP's will require stamps and they are able to be ripped from the invitation itself.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors in a landscape setting, while the reception area is under a lovely, covered area. Everything is on-site.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4 pm on the dot, please arrive 15-20 minutes early. I know I had it for 5, but I changed it to 4 so we can all enjoy our time together.

What is your phone policy during the ceremony?

Answer

I would like you all to please put your phones on silent mode. You can take pictures and videos if you'd like, but there will be photographers on site and we would appreciated if you can just soak in the moment with us.

What should you wear?

Answer

Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with neckties or bowties. Please do NOT wear white in respects of the both bride and groom.

Is there parking or transportation provided?

Answer

There is parking on-site. As you come in through the gates you will see a chapel to your left side and a fenced grassed lot to the right. You will park in the lot and there should be people to guide you. There will also be golf carts coming to the parking lot and dropping you off to the ceremony area. If you decide you want to take a stroll to the ceremony area, you should first park your car and then walk towards the chapel. As you walk to the chapel there should be a hidden black wooden staircase on your right side. Go down the staircase and up ahead should be the ceremony. There will be no transportation from hotels to the venue unfortunately.

Will there be a time gap?

Answer

There will be a time gap after the ceremony of about 15-30 minutes, after that you should proceed to the reception area. I would like to take some of that time to take pictures with family and friends.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes. There are no shots allowed, but it will be a simple open bar.

Planning on drinking?

Answer

Please have a designated driver as the venue will not allow anyone to park overnight.

Please keep in mind that there is limited seating. At this time, we are only able to accommodate invited guests only. We hope you understand and we do appreciate it.
