How We Met

January 2022

We can thank Bumble for our beautiful relationship! Michael and I both swipped right on each other. He had a picture of Kingsley on his profile so I started the conversation off by commenting on how adorable he was. We met the next day and have been inseperable ever since.

The Proposal

October 4th 2024

Michael planned the most magical proposal. He planned a surpise trip to Virginia Beach right before my birthday. I thought we were just going away to celebrate that, but little did I know he would propose to me. We spent the day hanging out at the beach/pool, walking the board walk and having some food and drinks. He told me that he had booked us dinner reservations at the Marriott. So we walked the boardwalk down to the toward the Marriott and when we rounded the corner, I saw the most beautiful set up. There were rose petals leading to candle light, a table of champagne, and a table of roses. I said to him "are you really doing this?" and he said "yes I'm really doing this." He lead me to the center of the candlelight (My Home, by Myles Smith was playing in the background) and got down on one knee to ask me to marry him and I said "yes of course!" He then took me to the most wonderul dinner at The Cavalier Hotel and when we arrived back to our hotel there were balloons and rose petals everywhere! Truly something out of a movie. We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you!
