DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Baltimore - BWI Airport
We will be staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Baltimore - BWI Airport! We would love for any guests who want to continue the party afterwards to stay with us! We did not do a hotel block, because we have found out that it's actually a lot cheaper to just rent a room off a travel website like Expedia. There are also plenty of other hotels in the area if this one isn't for you.
Shuttle
Shuttle to & from DoubleTree Hotel (BWI) to Coe Family House (Ceremony)
September 14, 2024 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
We hired a shuttle to transport everyone to and from the DoubleTree hotel that we are staying at! It will be a big yellow school bus and will be at the hotel by 3:30. Bus will at 4:15pm and will be ~20 min ride to the venue. The bus will transport guests back to the hotel around 10:45pm.

Where do I park?
Answer
We have reserved the parking lot across the street from the Coe House at Saint Andrews Swim Club. St. Andrew's Swim & Tennis Club 490 Yorkshire Drive, Severna Park MD 21146 Use the link below to see the exact lot we are talking about: https://maps.app.goo.gl/niPpxbJxEVUxu1u98 Please note! There is a small strip of parking that is literally across the street and in front of the tennis courts. DO NOT use this one, you may get towed or ticketed. Please make sure to use the larger lot that is near the pool and club house. There will be signs to direct you when you get to the venue.

What should I wear?
Answer
Cocktail attire is what we are aiming for! But this is an outdoor wedding, and we won't hold it against you if you want to wear something more comfortable.

Is this an outdoor wedding?
Answer
YES! The wedding will be in the Coe Family backyard. The reception and dance floor will be under a large pole tent, but otherwise it's all outside! In the event that it rains, we will have sides for the tent to protect everyone from the weather.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
We will have a very large pole tent covering the tables and dance floor and plan to order sides for the tent in the event it rains. That being said, if it's likely to rain you may want to consider different shoes since the ground will probably be wet!

Can I bring my kids?

Unfortunately, we are only allowing children of our immediate family to come to the wedding!
