How do I RSVP?

Once you scanned the QR code or visit our website, you can click the RSVP tab above. Please note: we are ONLY collecting RSVPs on the website; there are no paper RSVPs to mail back.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner, the better! Please RSVP by August 26th, 2024. If you do not respond by this day, we will mark "Will Not Attend" for you. If you already know you can't make it, please make sure to mark this in the RSVP page. We will miss celebrating with you!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Brendan and Maggie love everyone and wish we could celebrate with everyone! However, due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and on the RSVP page.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children in the wedding party who have been invited. Our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Do you have a special dietary need for dinner?

If you have a special dietary need (vegetarian, vegan, allergy, etc.), please text Maggie (720-207-3184) for details. We will submit a special request for you to make sure everyone is taken care of.

Is there an open bar?

YOU KNOW IT! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Get ready to celebrate! Please keep Colorado's elevation in mind!

Is there transportation? Can I park at the venue?

Answer

With the firefighter convention in town and no available hotel room blocks, transportation is not provided. There is parking available at the venue. There is an event on Sunday at the venue, so the gates will be open if you choose to leave your car there. However, if you plan to take advantage of the open bar, we recommend utilizing ride sharing (Uber, Lyft) and carpooling.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM on September 21, 2024. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes earlier (around 4:00 - 4:15 PM) to grab a seat.

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Yes, the venue will access both outdoor and indoor areas. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check the weather conditions leading up to the event (OFTEN as our wonderful state of Colorado can be pretty unpredictable). Prepare for all Colorado has to offer, including altitude! Make sure to drink a lot of water, and there are Oxygen cans at most gas stations if you are feeling any effects of altitude sickness.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal attire dress code. We suggest that men wear a suit (no jeans or sneakers, please) and women wear a floor-length/knee-length dress. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that guests can be fully present during this time. After the ceremony, we encourage you to take as many photos as you would like!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! Brendan and Maggie have lived together for four years and have built a life they love. Instead of registering for traditional household items/gifts, we have created a Future Fund. Should you wish to honor us with a gift, a contribution towards our future together would be sincerely appreciated.
