Back then, months before Covid spread across the lands, two unsuspecting people downloaded an app. She swiped right. He swiped right. The rest is history. Our first date was at the bowling alley, where we kind of broke the air hockey table. We became official on 2.14.2020, mere days before the world shut down. We took full advantage of the slower paced days, the empty streets, the fresher air... We walked the backroads of our enclave in Westchester County, danced in the rain, held hands like we'd never let go. And we didn't. In March, we moved in together. In April, we purchased a car. Sure, we moved fast but time stood still and stretched to eternity. It was Love at First Sight. We moved to Pennsylvania at the end of 2020 and never looked back. We chose to put down roots here.
