Have any dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please contact Danielle at 518.956.3714 to let her know about any dietary restrictions. Ex: gluten free, dairy free, vegan, nut allergy, etc.

What Airport should I fly into?
Answer
The closest airport we recommend flying into is Albany. You will have to rent a car, it is about an hour from Lake George!

When should I book my hotel room?
Answer
Please book your hotel room as soon as possible! We do recommend booking a hotel if you’re coming to the welcome party as well as the ceremony. Fort William Henry (first come first serve) and the Comfort Inn (30 blocked rooms) have a booking link. You will have to call the Super8 (8 blocked rooms) to book your room

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly request you respond for both Welcome Party and Ceremony by May 15th. You can RSVP on the website(preferred) or by mail. Sadly if you do not respond by then, we will believe you are not attending

Are kids allowed?
Answer
Even though we love all of your kids, we decided on a kid free welcome party and ceremony. Parents- enjoy your night!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Please wear semiformal/cocktail attire to welcome party and cocktail attire to ceremony. We want our guests to look their best for both occasions! Ladies, please make sure you wear proper shoes. There are some events that will be held outside, so you may be walking on grass!

What colors should I avoid wearing to the wedding?
Answer
We’re trying to keep our bridal party separate from guests so please consider not wearing beige suits, white, sage green, gold and navy dresses, thanks!

Will there be transportation?
Answer
We will have transportation to and from our venue on our wedding day, Saturday August 24, 2024 if you book one of the three hotels on the list! Unfortunately you will have to come up with your own transportation for the welcome party on Friday, August 23, 2024.

Where is the wedding party staying?
Answer
The wedding party and their guests have an Airbnb very close to the venue. We will be staying there Friday and Saturday night. The wedding party and their guests will be getting ready for the wedding at the Airbnb!

Is there an after party?
Answer
There will be no formal after party once the reception is over. If you’re staying at one of the hotels close to Lake George there will be plenty to do after the wedding if you’re not ready to end the party!
