We would love to give you guys an opportunity to have a sweet little date night!! We ask that it's only adults! We can't wait to celebrate with each one of you! For the families that do have their children invited just make sure to RSVP them as well!

Will there be alcohol?

We are having an alcohol-free night, and we would love for you to join in on that. We ask that you don't bring your own alcohol to the venue we have signed a contract with the sweet venue owner. If alcohol is found there is a fine that will have to be paid! But instead, we will have a SLUSHIE BAR!! And during the reception, we will have make your own mocktail! If you have any further questions please reach out to the brides mother.

What's for dinnner?

We will be having Barbeque for dinner. The menu consists of pulled chicken and pulled pork with Hawaiian rolls. There will be different options for barbeque sauce! For the sides, the options will be, mashed potatoes, cornbread, mac cheese, and salad.

How to RSVP?

Answer

Once you receive your invitation, on the backside, there will be a QR code you can scan. From there, it will take you to the website. All you have to do is click on the RSVP tab and type your name in. You will then RSVP! Thank you! If you don't want to use the QR code, NO WORRIES!!! On the invitation, there is the URL of our website you can go to our wedding website tab called "RSVP" and RSVP that way!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to a limited amount of space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP.

What Happens If I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP by June 8th, you will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide total guest counts to the caterer and finalize seating arrangements in a timely fashion. Therefore, we cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope you understand!

What should I do if I can't make it

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive to the venue

Answer

Due to the Wedding starting at 3:30 pm, we ask that you are there in your seat by 3:00 pm, there will be signs directing you towards where you are going to sit for the ceremony! There are going to be 4 rows on both sides that are for our VIP guests. We have contacted those individuals or couples to let them know where they will be sitting. We ask that if you don't get a personal text message from us, you sit in the general seating behind the VIP chairs. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where do I park?

Answer

Once you get to the venue, a sign will lead you to the park. The venue asks that you do not park in other business parking lots due to space for the different businesses.

Will the Cermony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors, when you enter the venue there will be signs directing you to the bottom of the venue where the ceremony will be held! We ask that you show up at 3:00 pm and are sitting in your seats by 3:15 pm.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal, tie or bowtie would be requested!

What happens after the Ceremony?

The bridal team will exit the ceremony and family members will stay for photos. We ask that everyone who Is not a part of the photos transition outside for a cocktail hour! We will be having Slushies and Snacks!

Can I take and Post pictures of the wedding on social media?

We do ask that our ceremony be unplugged. We have an amazing photographer who will be capturing our ceremony so that you can enjoy it! We ask that you let her do her job well! We will be sharing many photos from the ceremony on Facebook once we get them back! But you are more than welcome to take and post pictures during the reception.

Are there Hotels Nearby?

YES! Best Western Plus Wayland. Address: 396 Reno Dr, Wayland, MI 49248. This hotel is willing to take guests for the wedding. You should call them at (269) 397-1161 when you call to say that you will be attending a wedding at the Lumbar Yard Event Center for the reason to stay. Once you do that they said they will be able to give you a 10% discount, but they did say the month of July is very busy for them so if you want to use this hotel they recommend you call soon!
