While we love your kiddos, we feel it’s best for them to stay home while you enjoy your time! Our guest list is limited to 50 people. If there are any available spots, you may reach out to the bride to see if they may come.

Invitations will be sent out in the month of May. The bride will reach out to you just prior to this month for your address, if she hasn’t already.

RSVP’s are due August 1st! The venue and guest list are limited to 50 people. The bride and groom will need to know as soon as possible for a final head count.

When can we see the bride and groom?

The bride and groom will arrive Wednesday the 25th. You may reach out to the bride and groom to join them in whatever meal or activity they’re at.

What’s for dinner?

We will be serving a taco bar! Your options are carne asada, pastor and fajita de pollo. Vegetarian options are available upon request. For dessert, there will be a variety of Crumbl cookies. There will not be cake.

Will alcohol be served?

We are offering a 4 hour mini bar at no cost to you. There are limited drink offers, the choices are as follows: Coors Light, Modelo Especial, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tito’s Vodka, Captain Morgan Rum, and Jack Daniels Whiskey. Unfortunately outside alcohol is not allowed by the venue. There will not be a champagne toast.

Are you registered? Where?

The registry is linked on the website. We ask that gifts will not be given at the venue, as the bride and groom leave for their honeymoon the next day. There will be a cash or card box at the wedding if you’d like to contribute to the honeymoon fund. All other gifts may be sent to the couples home.

The bride and groom request formal or semi formal wear.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking. We do recommend you take advantage of the Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis on the strip as it is a 30 minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip. The ceremony and reception are held in the same building.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony anticipated time will be 5:00, this time may change by the time invitations will be sent out. The invitations will have the definite time. Please arrive with enough to find parking and your seat.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Wherever you’d like! The bride and groom will be staying at the Aria on the Las Vegas Strip. If you’d like to stay close to the venue, there is a La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndam as well as a Best Western Plus.
