Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones just as much as you and look forward to seeing them on our big day. We request that if your little ones are upset or distributive, that you kindly step out of the ceremony space until it is over. do not leave children unattended their safety is our number one priority! Please be aware that both the wedding ceremony and reception will be recorded, and the photographers and videographers have requested that parents of young children be mindful of noise interruptions & sound quality of the video. In these cases, we have a beautiful outdoor space that you can bring them to if you find there are interruptions both in the ceremony or the reception.

Is there child care?

Answer

The resort does offer babysitting services (surcharge). If you plan on using this service for the wedding day (Monday September 16th) please make sure to mark children as “not attending” when RSVPing so that we have the correct headcount. Thank you.

What is the attire/any colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer

We'd Love to see our family and friends dress up with us, so we are requesting that all of our guest's dress in formal attire (dress pants, dress shirt, floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress) The ceremony will be outdoors on the beach. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels! We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories & creams.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones be put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceramony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want! We promise to share the ceremony photos once we receive them!

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date we have provided, it will be marked as "Not attending”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue & vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What if I’m running late to the ceremony?

Answer

Our day is being coordinated on a strict schedule, this means we cannot push back start times to anything due to people running late. If you happen to running late, you will not be allowed into the ceremony. This avoids distractions for not only other guests but also the bride and groom.

Please RSVP no later than March 29th 2024. We are required to provide a final head count to our vendors by March 29th 2024, in order to accommodate everyone appropriately on the day of our wedding. Thank you for understanding.
