Abby went to a party that happened to be at Ceidric's house at the time. He poked his head into the shop where the party was and they made awkward eye contact before he quickly disappeared again. Then, a few minutes later, he came back in and stood in the corner of the shop trying to figure out who she was since she's not a frequenter of those parties! A few months go by and he finds her social medias. After some some light chatting, she finally caves and gives him her phone number. Ceid called every night while she was home in California for Winter Break (a whole month!) for no shy of four hours a night. Sometimes eight! Once she got back up to Oregon, the feels were there. Our first date consisted of Domino's Pizza and a movie. We continued to go on adventures or at least spent quality time together every weekend, even though we lived an hour apart. As we explored, we took photos in the same pose everywhere we remembered. He asked her to be his girlfriend January 16th, 2022. After almost two years of dating, he proposed on Christmas Eve in Lake Tahoe overlooking Echo Summit (one of her favorite places on Earth)! It was a dream.
