Where do we park?

Due to limited parking spaces, our venue has an agreement with the Ace Hardware store behind the venue for overflow parking. This overflow lot is only a few feet away from our venue.

What does the entrance look like?

Answer

The entrance to our venue can be easy to miss as the driveway is quite narrow. You will see a small white sign labeled “Heirloom Inn Weddings” You will walk through the gate at the end of the path beyond the “⬅️ Wedding” sign. Please feel free to call or text us if you need additional help finding the venue.

Where do we put gifts?

Answer

Most of the gifts from our registry will be delivered straight to our house from the website. There will also be a table designated for gifts and cards.

Is there a seating chart?

For organizational purposes, and to keep family/friends together, there will be a chart with your name and table number listed.

What kind of food is being served?

We will be serving “Buffet Style” Mexican food. Who doesn’t love tacos?! We will be serving tacos and quesadillas with your choice of chicken, steak, or pork. (With all the fixings) Sides consist of beans, rice, and chips & salsa. Non-Alcoholic Beverages: - Several flavors of Aguas Frescas - Water, Coffee, Iced Tea, & Lemonade Alcoholic Beverages: - Red & White Wine - Multiple beer choices - Hard Seltzer - Champagne (For Champagne Toast only) Dessert: Your choice of Chocolate or Vanilla Wedding Cake

Are kids welcome?

We are delighted to welcome children to our wedding celebration. However, if your little ones become fussy during the ceremony, we kindly ask that you step out of the ceremony area until it concludes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We are happy to welcome plus ones to our wedding! Please contact us ahead of time so we may add them to the guest list and seating chart.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive between 4-4:30pm to allow time for any unexpected travel delays.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

You are welcome to stay wherever you wish, but we have included a few hotels close to our venue on the wedding website “Travel” section.

Yes, we will do our very best to accommodate you with an alternate meal option. Please let us know of your allergy ahead of time.
