Question
Is there transportation available?
Answer
We will have a shuttle service from the Hotel Saranac to Tucker Farms and a shuttle to return to town post-wedding. We will have two designated running times both ways for the shuttle. The first pick up time at the Hotel Saranac will be at 3 PM. The second shuttle from the Hotel Saranac will be 3:30 PM. The first shuttle from Tucker Farms will be at 10 PM back to the hotel. The second shuttle will be at 10:30 PM to conclude the night. We recommend taking advantage of the shuttle service to ensure everyone's safety on the roads, and to make the most of the celebration without worrying about transportation.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RVSP via our website no later than May 31, 2024. We will be unable to accept late rsvp’s due to planning purposes.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We wanted to let you know that the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. This being said, we will have a tent with our dance floor and guest seating underneath. There will also be fans under the tent for cooling purposes, as August in the Adirondacks can definitely be hot!

Is there a dress code?

Our wedding will be a summer-cocktail, semi-formal event, and we kindly request that our guests dress accordingly. We want everyone to feel comfortable and look their best. We ask that the guests refrain from wearing denim or flip-flops to the event. Please note, the ceremony is in the grass, along with some reception space. Sharper women’s heels may sink into the grass.

If your guest's name is listed on your invite or you have a plus one option listed on the RSVP page, then yes! Otherwise, we have chosen to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family.

Can I bring children?

As we finalize our guest list, we wanted to let you know that we have decided to have young adults and adults only at our wedding. We hope you can understand! We would like our wedding to feel like a special date night for our guests. We realize this may impact your plans, and we want to make sure you have plenty of time to arrange for childcare. We hope that you will still be able to join us on this special day, and we look forward to celebrating with you.
