Our story
Cameron and Sami have been together since high school. Soon after graduating, they went to colleges 1,000 miles apart. While distance was a challenge for them, they knew it would be worth it. Besides, we all know that their discipline and competitive nature would stand up against any arising conflict. During the pandemic, they moved in together in the electric city of Scranton, Pennsylvania. Cooped up in a little 1-bedroom apartment, under 500 sq. ft., they did what many couples also did to occupy their free time— get a puppy. Wanting to be closer to family, now Sami and Cameron live with their two dogs, Myles and Romeo, in beautiful Ft. Myers, Florida where they are 25 minutes from Sami's parents (and grandparents for half the year). They are also just a short drive away from Cameron's parents on the east coast of the state. The happy couple got engaged in April 2023 while overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge. They will be returning back to their roots in Ohio to tie the knot and celebrate with their friends and family there.

We highly recommend staying at the AC Hotel by Mariott. The wedding party will be staying there as well. It's conveniently located 15-20 minutes from the wedding venue. The Drury Inn is right across from Pinecrest. Reservations for the Drury Inn must be made by July 15th to receive the group rate. It's conveniently located 15-20 minutes from the wedding venue The most affordable option is the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Solon. It's conveniently located 15-20 minutes from the wedding venue but is further from where the bridal party will be staying. More information on each hotel is listed below.
