Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! The church has a large parking lot and there is also parking service available at the reception venue for those that plan on driving. Destiny Hill provides golf cart transportation around the venue, as well as wheelchair assistance.

Will plans be adjusted for weather?
Answer
In the event that the weather is not as beautiful as we'd like, the ceremony will still be held indoors at the church. Destiny Hill Farm is an indoor/outdoor venue, but the reception is held in the show barn - guests will be able to comfortably remain in the indoor areas.

Does the church have air conditioning?
Answer
Yes, the church has air conditioning and will be kept at a comfortable temperature.

What is the best way to get to Destiny Hill?
Answer
The GPS does not always provide accurate directions to the farm. If using GPS, please type in Destiny Hill farm rather than the address to provide more accurate directions. You will receive a detailed direction card with your invitations and upon check-in to the hotel (please reach out to us if you need another copy).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony/reception?
Answer
Yes, a shuttle will be provided from the Fairfield hotel (where we have our block) to the church, reception, and back to the hotel. Check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need.

Can I leave my car at the church?
Answer
For those that are driving, cars may not be left in the church parking lot. However, all guests are welcome to use our shuttle service if you prefer not to drive.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, dinner at the reception will be served buffet style and our caterer is happy to accommodate any special needs. Please reach out to us with any requests!

Are the church and farm handicap accessible?

Yes! Destiny Hill takes pride in their efforts to accommodate all abilities as well as the church. Destiny Hill also provides golf cart transportation around the venue, as well as wheelchair assistance.

How is the temperature at the reception venue?
Answer
Destiny Hill is an indoor/outdoor venue - there is a delightful breeze on the top of the hill when all four sides of the reception barn are open. The breeze combined with ceiling fans and large pedestal fans makes the temperature very comfortable even on warm summer days.
