The Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm! We will have shuttles leaving the hotel to the venue starting at 2:45pm, and the last one leaving at 10pm. While we love your little ones, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion, except for our niece and nephew who will be part of the wedding ceremony.

Flying into NJ/NYC: Newark airport is the closest airport if you are flying into the NYC metro area, with tons of international and domestic options. Takes about an hour to get to the hotel from Newark Other options in NYC include: LaGuardia and JFK, which both airports take about an hour and a half to get to the hotel Flying into Philly: PHL is roughly ~40 minutes away from the hotel.

Trains
From NYC: Amtrak is recommended, taking it from NY Penn station to William Gray 30th Street Station, in Philadelphia. From there you can take rideshare options (Uber, Lyft) and takes about 30-40 mins to get to the hotel/wedding venue.

We want you to relax and enjoy our big day! That's why we have arranged complimentary transportation to and from the hotel to the farm. We will send out an email closer to the wedding date for the shuttle time you have been allocated, plus we will drop a reminder for you in your hotel gift bag.

Cars/Rideshare
Guests are always welcome to leave their car overnight at the Farm, but must be picked up the next day prior to 1pm. Rideshare apps are not necessarily the best option as the farm is in a rural area, so schedule in advance as you need to. Remember we will have a complimentary shuttle going to and from the hotel.

Will it be indoors/outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors, the cocktail hour will be a mix of indoor and outdoor, and the reception will be indoor and temperature controlled. Please make sure to address appropriately for the weather. Skinny heels are not recommended as there are some grassier areas.

Will there be transportation assistance for guests that need it?

The venue provides two golf carts and two drivers to assist guests who need assistance getting to and from the venue areas.
