How We Met

Bridget was over a friends house during a power outage due to a snow storm. Casey, his dad and Lexi came over with a generator to help his friends fiance stay warm and keep food in the fridge. After talking for a few minutes with each other, Casey left. A few months later, Bridget and Casey bumped into each other again at their mutual friends' birthday party. After spending some time together, they knew!

The Proposal

2.5.22

We planned a quick getaway for Casey's birthday in Chatham. Our room wasn't ready yet, so we stopped for a quick bite at the Chatham Squire. Before even placing an appetizer order, Casey's beer was gone. Bridget commented on it, asking if Casey was okay. After shrugging it off like it was nothing and getting a text that the room was ready, we hurried to check in so we could get ready for our sunset dinner reservations. Casey realized that his pants were wrinkled, but the ring was in the pocket. Normally, Bridget would iron for him, but he weirdly NEEDED to do it by himself. We finally were ready to walk to dinner in the 25 degree weather when Casey insisted showing Bridget the gorgeous sunset. As we walked toward the fishing boat, Casey let Bridget walk a little ahead, and he got down on one knee. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Dennis Port!

Wedding Party

Maya

Maid of Honor

Maya and Bridget met in 2005 at the University of Tampa. After an instant connection and many fun times at college, they have continued to be close friends.

Lexi

Bridesmaid

Lexi, Casey's daughter, has become a very special person to Bridget. Growing into a family with love and laughter has been one of the best learning experiences for Bridget.

Megan

Bridesmaid

Megan and Bridget also met at the University of Tampa. Not only were they roommates in Tampa, but again in Boston as they started their adult lives together. Bridget is also a proud godmother of Chase, Megan's son.

Carla

Bridesmaid

Carla and Bridget met back in 1999 when Bridget was only 11. Carla has been a strong role model who Bridget looks up to immensely. Now, considering each other friends, Carla and Bridget love catching up in Old Wethersfield.

Becca

Bridesmaid

Becca and Bridget rock the second grade team together at Mullen Hall. After realizing how many similarities they share, they quickly became besties.

Jen

Bridesmaid

Starting at the same time at Mullen Hall, Jen and Bridget have shared many laughs together. Always up for anything, Jen is a great cheerleader for all of her friends.

Ryan

Best Man

If there is a man that should be a best man, it is Ryan. Ryan is one of the most selfless people I have ever met. Right away after meeting each other we hit it off, as the months, and years passed Ryan has continued to show that people he cares about (like me) are put first. He is always willing to listen to your opinion even if he completely disagrees with it. Ryan is noble, Loyal, and Honest, Ryan loves good people, a good time and good beer. With that being said I love him Best Best Man.

Doug

Groomsman

What to say about Doug. Doug and I have been good friends since the 10th grade. As he did finally get rid of his jnco jeans, after that he has become one of the best friends someone can ask for. Doug goes above and beyond always, as a friend first and also in business. He is one of the funniest people I know, but also one of the most loyal people I know. Knows how to full send it!

Jason

Groomsman

Jason, the family man. Family first is his motto, but if you are right, you'll be family. I met him out at a bar because my cousin wanted me to "meet this new guy" she said he was kinda ghetto. As ghetto as Jason is he is one of the best people I know. Ask him for a favor or help with something he is there. Always in a good mood with a good attitude, go to guy.

Greg

Groomsman

Greg 6 foot 75 inches tall, and a teddy bear. Greg has a very busy life, married his high school sweetheart and they have 5, yes 5 wonderful kids together. He spends a lot of time with family as you can imagine, but he also is a man that is always thinking of getting together to grab a drink or a bite (let me see if i can get a sitter) always trying to plan to get people together to have a good time. Always looking at the bigger picture.

Andy

Groomsman

Andy, the Fire Fighter. Andy is a Lover and a Fighter, Andy loves to have fun, going to Miami for a Patriots game or to stay one day extra at Jay peak because we had fresh snow fall. He will also fight you on anything he somewhat disagrees with. But will also fight for you. I feel like this may be why we are such great friends, because I am the same way. deep down Andy is a very good friend and will always be there for you, always ready for a good weekend trip.

Dan

Groomsman

Dan, the vacationer. Dan is always down for a good vacation. always getting out there exploring the world. Him and I went on a great vacation to Iceland with a group of people. He is also the one always trying to get us together for a good hike or snowboard trip. But dont ask him to take a sick day, Dan is all about the black out dates, but he will take every advantage of that time off. If you need a discounted lift ticket..... reach out to Dan, he's got you.

FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, please text Bridget: (860) 966-9605.
Question

If I am not staying at the Pelham House Resort or Pelham on Earle, where can I park?

Answer

Great question! The Town of Dennis is letting us use a beach parking lot next to the Pelham House Resort since it is not peak-season. The Pelham House did tell us to still encourage guests to carpool or Uber when they can.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please remember this is an adult only event. We want our wedding to be your night off!

Question

What do I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a dress or dressy separates. Please note that the venue does not permit shorts, jeans or sneakers.
