As we all know, the best love stories are not always filled with sunshines and rainbows. Love is filled with ups and downs, celebrations and hardships, pain and poetry. And in Megan and Brian's case, it's occasionally filled with hand sanitizer and masks. Just two short weeks until their scheduled wedding in March of 2020, the world was put into lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic. They, of course, were devastated to not be able to celebrate in-person with family and friends. Nevertheless, they knew that the most important thing was that they were married, and they decided to make the best of it. With his amazing videography skills, Brian live-streamed the event for everyone to see. Lots of tears were shed, lots of laughs were shared, and lots of Mission BBQ was consumed :) And what a year to get married. Over the last year and some change, Megan and Brian have adopted a second dog into their hearts and their homes (Violet), purchased their first home together, and Megan even finished her Masters in Education (all while following CDC guidelines!). They are so excited to finally be able to [safely] be together with family and friends for their wedding reception in August.
