Parking Information

The wedding venue for both the ceremony and the reception is our home. *There will be no parking at our house*. We have arranged a shuttle to run the entire event for pick up from and return to a nearby school (about 3 minutes away). Pickup location is Shadow Hills Elementary School: 8770 Harbison Canyon Rd, Alpine CA 91901. There is a free parking lot and street parking at the school. You may also take an Uber or Lyft. We recommend scheduling a pickup for the end of the evening, as there are few drivers in the area and wait times could be long.

Shuttle From the Parking Lot to the Venue (Our Home)

A 22-person shuttle will be running regularly as needed throughout the event from Shadow Hills Elementary School to venue (our home). Please note there is *no parking* at the venue, so please use the free parking lot and street parking at Shadow Hills and ride the shuttle to our house. It is a three minute drive. Shadow Hills Elementary School: 8770 Harbison Canyon Rd, Alpine CA 91901.

Lodging

Sycuan Casino Resort 5469 Casino Way, El Cajon CA 92019 This is the closest hotel to our house (about a 10 minute drive) and has a great pool. We live about 30 minutes from downtown San Diego and the beaches, and about 35 minutes from the airport. The closest hotel to our house is Sycuan Resort in El Cajon. If you plan to book an Airbnb or VRBO nearby, we recommend staying in Alpine or El Cajon. If you plan to stay closer to the city to explore downtown, Coronado Island, Balboa Park, and the beaches, some more central neighborhoods to consider include Mission Valley, North Park, and Downtown.
