Bruce and Bethany met for the first time in October of 2015 through mutual friends for a Halloween party. Bruce dressed up as Sully from Monsters, Inc and Bethany as Medusa. Bruce won best costume. Months went by without any contact. In July of 2016, Bruce and Bethany saw each other once again and Bruce decided to ask her out on a "dam" date. She accepted. They have been inseparable ever since. On July 23, 2023, they will have spent 7 years together. They worked backwards. They bought a house together first, then got a cat, Mufasa, from another friend. Got a new car together, and had another cat, Mr. Bojangles adopt them and finally now, a wedding date. It's about damn time, right?
