This event is cocktail - formal. Get dressed up and feel your best with us! We are requesting guests wear all black to our special day.
Ceremony will begin at 4:30 in the afternoon, please be seated early. This will be followed by a sunset cocktail hour on the terrace. Once you've gotten a drink... or two, please find your assigned seat. The rest of the night will be spent celebrating the new Mr. & Mrs. Williams! Enjoy your dinner, dancing, and drinks! We are so happy you could make it!

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?
Answer
Bekah has a specific aesthetic she is going for, if you could accommodate her wishes by wearing black please. A color palette reminder will be included with your formal invite! We kindly ask that you avoid wearing any colors traditionally reserved for the Bride. Whites, Ivories and Creams.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal. Ladies you can wear midi or floor length dresses. Gentleman can wear slacks and a button down with tie, or a suit if you choose. Please remember this is an all black attire event.

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Is this a kid friendly wedding?
Answer
We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We hope you use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an "Unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until after the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like! Please remember to not post any photos of the wedding until the bride or groom has had a chance to do so first.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony start time. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to join in on the fun.

Where is our registry?
Answer
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! We have opted out of your normal registry. We are saving for our first home! Should you wish to contribute to our house fund, it will be greatly appreciated. We have a registry tab on the website or a card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
