Plan for the Day
We plan to have a Morning Wedding Ceremony on the beach @ 10am followed by a Brunch Reception from 11am - 2pm under an oceanfront tent on a deck.
Be forewarned the ceremony will be on the sand. Please wear appropriate footwear.
Travel
The Crowne Plaza Melbourne Oceanfront is the location of both the ceremony and reception. We have blocked out rooms for our guests at a discounted rate which can be reserved via the view button for the hotel below.
Be aware this link is pre-set to one night and the group rate is pre-set for two (Wednesday 11/1 and Thursday 11/2). Should additional nights be desired, please adjust the dates in the top grey banner as needed.
If you would like to stay beyond those two dates, schedule for the Wednesday & Thursday and then email the senior sales manager, Erin Tabor at etabor@cpmelbourne.com. Let her know your confirmation number and the additional days you were looking to stay and she will adjust your rate per night. 🙂

Flight
Melbourne Orlando International Airport
This airport is only about 15 minutes away from the Hotel and they have a shuttle. All you have to do is call 321-777-4100 once you arrive and give them 20-30 minutes to pick you up. The shuttle is available from 7AM - 10PM.
